I'm Kristin Trudeau.
I’m so glad you found your way here! I’m a 200-hour certified vinyasa yoga instructor with a 25-hour certification to teach kids, including those with neurodiverse needs. I’ve combined my love of dogs and yoga and have taught dozens of doga classes (yoga with your dog). I truly believe yoga should be fun and accessible for every type of body and ability. It’s a winding path to self-discovery, reflection, growth, inner calm, confidence and joy. Take a peek below at the benefits of yoga and the list of classes I offer.
